Resident Vtuber of Port Primacy. Proudly representing the Ministry of Communications.
Hi hi! My name is Kokoa. I love playing games, drinking with my friends and meeting people from all over. Outside of work I tend to organize adventures for me and my friends. Whether it is chilling on a cabin in the mountains, lounging on the beach or going to the city to see what is happening. I like comedy. Appreciation for laughter and good banter probably is a requisite for being my friend. What I do for work? I work at Port Primacy. According to our brochures, the most important checkpoint in the whole planet. So important…it is only operated by 3 people. Go figure.
This thing in my neck? It’s called the Boother. We are glorified tollbooth workers in a dead end job. Please give us a break regarding our naming schemes. Essentially one day I found them, I asked Mano what this was and she told me to give it a whirl on my free time.
Also this thing is totally NOT just gaming headphones. When I plug them on the computer, I get this sensation that I am playing a video game from a window into a different room. Feels kind of weird but I am too broke to buy fancy headphones. So it helps they have really good audio. They probably have the worst mic in history though. According to all the people that listen to me, I don’t sound too good. They say I sound like a foreign dude somewhat. Like an extra from a Spaghetti Western dubbed in English. Odd.”
Wait…I wasn’t supposed to talk about the Boother? Well in my defense, don’t you think it is a pretty odd thing to not talk about the thing that is showing LITERALLY ON MY MUGSHOT? ! (unintelligible noise on background). Well that sounds like your **** fault. You told us we can say what ever we feel like for our bio! Like this: Hey folks! How about you go **** and shove it in your ****.., you deadbeat **** sniffer. ******* ***** ***** *****! I know what you came here for, and I for damn straight it ain’t my personality! (quiet mumbling in background).
You will withhold my bonus?! Isn’t that illegal? NDA?? I signed that to protect the Port’s classified data? NDA. More like Not Doing A** for helping me…sigh…Why do I work in this toll booth? I am still on my golden years. I have talents. Well…maybe not talents that translate to the current job market but talents nonetheless! But noooo. You said “This is a once in a lifetime opportunity.” (mumble in background continues).
Yes I am done. I’ll finish the interview. I just get a little grumpy when I work overtime with no pay. No biggie. Let’s wrap this b.
Anyhow, I am happy-go-lucky citizen of Moroder. I am from Sunder Sound in case you are curious. Famous for snow, neon, booze and things best not discussed in daylight. Fun place. Do visit. My favorite thing in the world is talking. Because it’s free and because I have important things to say that all ought to listen. Hence why work in Port Primacy. The place in the whole system with the least amount of creative dialogue. Like a late night show, except I don’t do overplayed skits and nobody cares how I look. So more like the writer’s room. Including the less than desirable pay.
My day to day essentially boils down to sitting on a booth. Run the scanner for vehicles. Ask identification and wish you a nice day. That’s it. And even then we don’t get a lot of visitors. Like barely any. Hence why the majority of work hours I actually just grab the Boother, log into my computer and play…(Interview has been cut).

Manages the administration of Port Primacy. Showcases the Ministry of Goods. To put it in simple terms, in charge.
Greetings! on behalf of the Port Primacy and all that strive to make our dear station into a beacon for all The System to see, I want to welcome you to our humble abode. My name is Mano Amano and I’ll make sure your time spent in Moroder is memorable. Whether it is basking on Verdant with its arboreal sights, Sunder Sound with its dramatic snowy vistas or Everlight City, voted once again to have the best sunset in the System, I am sure that Port Primacy will make your stay one of a kind.
Oh, you want to know more about me? Well, I feel humbled. For starters, I enjoy partaking in the activities that make Moroder famous. Rejoicing on our famous cuisine, you got it. Indulging in our system-class entertainment? Of course. As implied by the other members of Port Primacy, we all enjoy each other’s company inside and outside of work hours.
At this point, you are wondering…How such a beautiful, elegant, and regal person is in charge of a 3-person operation in the middle of nowhere? Well, the answer is talent, aesthetics, and that my leadership knows no bounds. Only someone as magnanimous as myself can run such an operation in the most efficient and proper way possible with the most limited resources at its disposal. Such is the curse of possessing superior intellect, overflowing charisma, and unsurmountable beauty. Woe is me.
I just felt it was a natural segway to discuss a little about myself. I mean this IS A SHOWCASE on who works here right? If you were reading this and then you came to visit, wouldn’t you wonder how such an important place in Moroder is run by 3 people? (unintelligible noise on background) Well **** me then, for thinking like average folk. Also, I am reminded every day of the incredible “purpose” of Port Primacy, and therefore it was part of my duty to be candid about this in my interview. But I guess we should ignore that because it makes too much sense. I suppose we shouldn’t also tell them why there is pegging order in a place run only with the same amount of people as a gas station, or why this place is here in the first place! (quiet mumbling on the background).
Threatening to recall me to the Ministry again? I am the manager here, I heard that before and we know those threats are empty. Let’s see how many pretty go-getter characters you can get that are willing to sacrifice the prime of their youth in a god-forsaken ****hole for some unknown purpose called “V-tubing”. I am sure the resumes are flying to get this amazing job.
Keep it together Mano. This is your chance to show you are a hard-boiled leader willing to take big chances. You got the charm, you got the means…you just need the signature on the paper. Sorry, almost let it slip. We are done here right? I think Kokoa is being lazy again and I need to yell at her in front of you to show I care about this job.
Born and bred in Moroder. You can tell I am from Verdant due to my traditional outfit. We have trees, high-tech infrastructure, casinos, and more historical buildings that we can count the stars in the sky. If you like thunderstorms and cosplaying in the jungle, then you might like it. I am sure you are wrapping your mind on what are the things and activities that an eye-catch like me indulges in. Well, keep wondering. Mystery is the most captivating muse.
My duties on Port Primacy are to check every item that enters our station. Usually, a scanner is sufficient and Kokoa can handle it, but on occasion, a watchful eye is needed. The reality is that the majority of my time is spent on the Visitor & Hospitality Center. It is like a gift shop and a visitor center but with no gifts and no visitors. but if you ask me, I have some ideas to attract visitors. I just need some swimsuits, sufficient cash, maybe some bottles of booze and I’ll…(Interview has been cut).

Oversees security at Port Primacy. Represents the Ministry of Peace.
Neon Yui. Commander of the Silent Liberation Battalion. Overseer of defense of Port Primacy. The previous deployment was half a star cycle ago under joint staffing of all 3 ministries. Personal data. 148 cm tall… (mumble on background)…Apologies, I thought that when you requested me to introduce myself you meant that I start with my previous engagements followed by my physical fitness.
Since the majority of my time I have been under deployment by the Ministry, the time for personal engagements has been limited. It wasn’t until I joined Port Primacy that I started to explore outside of my comfort zone thanks to Mano and Kokoa.
The activities I have found rewarding are enjoying time with the small group of friends I have, meeting new people, engaging in charitable endeavors, and comedy. For some reason, my attempts to connect with people who are not Mano and Kokoa have been largely unsuccessful. Kokoa, says that I “scare people ****less” and Mano, says that my military leadership skills need to be translated to everyday applications. Which is the reason why I am working hard to be a comedian. I feel smiles and happiness can make even the most stressful situation a little more tolerable. I just want something authentic. The intricacies of civilian life still baffle me.
(Untelligible noise on the background) Apologies, when you mentioned I need to “showcase myself”, I thought you meant I needed to be frank and candid about my persona. It wasn’t my intention to quote “bring the vibe down” with my lonely aura. Mano said that a big part of being a successful comedian is to lean on a self-deprecating persona instead of my natural prowess. Apparently I took it to far. Apologies.
…It’s being difficult to adjust to a slower pace than what I am used to. I used to be on classified missions across The System and I am now stationed on a security checkpoint with only 3 people. Add that to the fact that I was recommended to quote “adjust to a civilian lifestyle and find hobbies” and suddenly the challenges start to accumulate. I am starting to drift again…
(Quiet mumbling on the distance). Once again I apologize, I didn’t discuss about Port Primacy and how my duties are relevant in this station. I misunderstood the assignment of “providing my personal bio” by talking about myself. A mistake on my part. Allow me to course correct.
Actually, I am from Everlight City. According to our Tourism Department, we have the most beautiful sunsets on The System, and as the largest city in Moroder, we produce a lot of the cultural trends that get propagated to the rest of The System.
Port Primacy is the gateway checkpoint that connects all the major urban centers in Moroder. Anything of remote importance that comes to Moroder, has to come through us. I am in charge of defending the port. We have had zero incidents since my deployment. My office is called the Panopticon. Located atop of the station in order to observe all surroundings.
Curiously enough, our Port is under the jurisdiction of the 3 ministries. An anomaly, since every ministry is fairly independent of each other. While this port is located “close” to all the largest urban centers, the reality is this location is remote and we barely do inspections or get audited. An ideal location for a checkpoint it seems. No wonder why Kokoa has time to do “Vtubing”…(Interview has been cut).
